I have to say that I am about 50% done with Blood Honeymoon Charlie Flowers has tapped into a much larger audience than Western Corporate Marketing would have us believe The book is delivered in first person which makes it very easy to read The technical stuff in the book seems legit But I m not an expert on jihad by any means I am probably the whitest person you will meet on a sunny day With that said I found the inclusion of the cultural dynamics particulars interesting.

Riz and Bang Bang are back That s what the product description screams, and what can I say It s been too long The first Riz book broke new territory as a brand new entry into a genre of books that was becoming for want of a better word jaded James Bond yadayada Yes, we get it, spy books Harry Palmer and his glasses Pass me the boredom box Wait No, give me that book Blood Honeymoon I guess it will just be another of those same old spy books Actually, this is pretty good No, this is excellent Riz [...]

So, it s what we were waiting for The Sabir Kirpachi wedding And then, there s a murder mystery It s suddenly all a bit film noir really, but it works East London, burlesque shows, curry kings, programming geekery, bloody crimescenes, tough crazy women with guns and a sniper on the loose to track down And in the middle of it get your best suit or frock, and henna at the ready It s time for a wedding Riz has it all here s hoping he can hold onto his wife a bit longer than James Bond did

Jack the Ripper meets a Bangladeshi Mafia This is my favorite Riz Sabir adventure so far Starting off with a state sanctioned terrorist attack on his wedding day, Kill Order by Charlie Flowers speeds forward with action that left me breathless Happily, Holly Bang Bang and Riz tie the knot in an almost traditional ceremony From there on the plot thickens like a delicious curry of violence and mystery Working with the local police Riz, Bang Bang and the delightful Black eyes work as an efficient t [...]

Charlie Flowers murders it yet again with his third book in the Riz saga This time, my favorite character, Bang Bang, is getting hitched to him, and of course, violence ensues all around them This is a slower paced book than his previous works in the series, but its pacing is deliberate, and the overall story is exciting in a way only Charlie Flowers can deliver If you read the first two books, then pick up this one How could you not

product reviewsThe third in Charlie Flowers Riz Sabir s series and doesn t dissapoint With all the technical details on a par with Tom Clancy and the sharp spikey observations from Mr Flowers himself, this is certainly the most brutal and best in the series so far Im not a big fan of First person novels but, this works.Bloody, thought provoking on a par with todays troubles and indeed the past and heavy doses of wry satire.Do yourself a favour, the Riz stories educate and open your mind Bloody [...]
