I went to bed early every night while I was reading this book to get a few pages in It not only was interesting and enlightening, it actually made me happy It s such a hopeful vision of the world I d recommend this to anyone who has considered the possibility that we are all, ultimately, one.

This book gave me a lot to think about The author had a lot of interesting things to say about the way that he sees consciousness evolving in our society, in many manifold ways I appreciated a lot of the dialogue happening in this book revolving around personal growth or recognition of what the personal truly is Every few years, it is good for me to read a book about consciousness expansion, and this book has been sitting on my shelf for a few years now I was glad to be able to sit down with it [...]

An interesting thesis but the book is badly written and far too repetitive It could be at most half the length with the same effect.

I truly enjoyed the author s warmth and sense of humor I did find the last quarter of the book a bit preachy with the nudges towards recycling, buying organic produce, watching less TV, getting involved politically etc The thing is, I don t want to turn off the TV because I think it s the spiritual thing to do I want to turn off the TV because the desire to do so arises naturally out of me The author makes this point in the beginning when he writes about forgiveness and does so beautifully , but [...]

This book has some amazing concepts and is very relevant to what is happening in the world today I think that the author is right in that a new kind of consciousness is developing and new definitions of what it means to be enlightened are being shaped I like how he talks of how women connect instead of withdrawing from the world and how it is very possible to achieve a kind of kitchen sink enlightenment whilst in the middle of everyday living and not in a cave on a high mountaine only downside t [...]

what this book gives me is much than textual inspiration, but also the immense power it brings forth from my buried subconsciousness, which I have long forgotten in the light of all those happening in HK which seem both depressing and hopeless, Ardagh and all her fellow authors injects a renewed perspective in my role in this evolution of enlightenment, an brings me out from my egoic misery thank you.

This book changed my perspective of life to be translucent doesn t mean to be perfect It means to accept life and not dwell on what s wrong with it The beauty is in the chaos.
